Russell Crowe stayed on the 11th floor of Las Conchas while filming the epic “Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World.” During filming, he whisked the lovely Nicole Kidman by private helicopter to Club Marena for a hush-hush rendezvous.

Other celebrity guests include James Cameron, who stayed at Club Marena while filming “Titanic,” Julian Lennon, son of the late John Lennon, actors Billy Zane, Dean Cain, Olivia d’Albo, Samuel Jackson, and former “Monkees” drummer Mickey Dolenz.
